As the Chief Executive Officer, the supervisor oversees all the programs and services offered by the township except those of the Road District and Assessor's Office. She is responsible for the development, use and maintenance of our 80-acre park complex and serves as chairman of the Town Board and treasurer of all town funds, including general assistance, road and bridge funds.

Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. ("the Act").
The Act requires contractors and subcontractors to pay laborers, workers and mechanics performing services on public works projects no less than the "prevailing rate of wages" (hourly cash wages plus fringe benefits) in the county where the work is performed. For information regarding current prevailing wage rates, please refer to the Illinois Department of Labor's website at: http://www.state.il.us/agency/idol/rates/rates.HTM. All contractors and subcontractors rendering services must comply with all requirements of the Act, including but not limited to, all wage, notice and record keeping duties.
