Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available sitting in a chair or using it as support

This program is designed for people who have difficulty getting down or up off the floor or who are in need of a gentler yoga.  This is NOT designed for those who can get on the floor.

You will learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair.
